    • All employees are encouraged to share recommendations/suggestions with the HR department through an open-door policy.
    • Pledge on the side of the HR department to reply within 10 working days to answer all recommendations/suggestions/grievances.
    • Celebration of personnel events such as:

      • Team building activities/ Recreational Activities: Annual picnic
      • Employee recognition
      • Employee monthly awards
      • Medical Insurance
      • Leave
      • Maternity Leave
      • Leave as per state labour laws.
  2. Our Recruitment process
         Once you have applied to C. Krishniah Chetty & Sons, here’s how it works:
    • Scanning of suitable curriculum vitae according to experience and match with current job openings.
    • If your curriculum vitae is suitable, you will receive a call for a 1st interview with the HR department
         and aptitude test.
    • If the 1st interview is satisfactory and aptitude test is successful, a 2nd interview is arranged with the
         Head of HR.
    • Once the 2nd interview is successful, you will be called for a 3rd interview with the BOD and the Head of
         HR. This round can be optional for certain non managerial positions.
