- Our Recruitment process
Once you have applied to C. Krishniah Chetty & Sons, here’s how it works:
- Scanning of suitable curriculum vitae according to experience and match with current job openings.
- If your curriculum vitae is suitable, you will receive a call for a 1st interview with the HR department
and aptitude test.
- If the 1st interview is satisfactory and aptitude test is successful, a 2nd interview is arranged with the
Head of HR.
- Once the 2nd interview is successful, you will be called for a 3rd interview with the BOD and the Head of
HR. This round can be optional for certain non managerial positions.
